Getting in touch
If you contact me by email, phone, Instagram or TikTok, I handle your name, contact details and the content of your message so I can reply and arrange your appointment or gift voucher.
Legal basis: steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Messages are kept until the matter is closed; billing data for the period required by Hungarian accounting law.
Booking
Bookings are made in the Salonic system (lavanda-masszazs.salonic.hu). Data you enter there is handled under Salonic's own privacy policy.
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)
Only if you accept in the cookie bar. Google Analytics then measures page views and clicks (for example on the booking button), the type of device and browser, and approximate location (city level). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. Processor: Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Data is kept for up to 14 months.
Hosting and map
The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting. For security, the server briefly logs requests (IP address, time). Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
The interactive Google map only loads when you click it, and Google may then set its own cookies. The default map image is made from OpenStreetMap data and collects nothing.
Cookies
This site only uses Google Analytics cookies, and only after you consent.

Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage so you aren’t asked again. This is not a cookie and is never sent anywhere.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy of it. Write to me at lantoseszter77@gmail.com. I reply within one month.
You can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, www.naih.hu) or go to court.
